Yep, This Should Keep Me Busy!

1/1/13 Update....it's ridiculous how much I haven't done!!!  Time to get butt in gear!

Front living/dining Room:

• Paint area rug in front of couch
• Large sisal/jute rug beneath dining table.
• Paint front door
• Paint back of front door
• Finish trim work around perimeter and at bottom of stairs
• New side table
• Refinish and reupholster bamboo chair from basement
• Add lighting

Garage Foyer:

• Paint back of door to garage
• Finish trim work around perimeter
• Touch up paint on walls

Kitchen:

• New countertops
• New backsplash
• New knobs on cabinets
• Touch up or paint cabinets
• Get pendant lighting over island
• New sink and faucet

Breakfast Area:

• Get new rug for breakfast table
• Repaint or stain breakfast table (or just get rid of and build a new one!)
• Wall decor over bay window
• Remove stupid desk and try to increase size of pantry
• Cut down stools

Family Room:

• Remove carpet and put down laminate
• Buy area rug 
• Remove granite tile around fireplace and replace with stone mosaic
• Paint green trim
• Get new ceiling fan
• Get chunkier drapery rods
• Improve and update lighting
• Replace round table cloth covered table with a wooden or metal one.
• Fix shelving component in niches
• Fix storage door
• Artwork

Master Bedroom:

• Paint divan  Decided to just get rid of this eventually so no painting.
• Remove wood blinds and replace with textured woven
• Hem drapes
• New bedding
• Update bedside lamps
• Switch art work
• Find small table for beside divan

Master Bath:

• New tile and radiant floor system
• Frame out mirror
• Update lighting
• Find cute chandelier for over soaking tub
• Update cabinets maybe
• Definitely get new knobs
• Paint jewelry box
• Make fabric pleated shade for window
• Decide about floating shelves
• Find cute storage for grandkids bath toys
• Clean out and organize linen closet
• New artwork
• New area rugs
• Accessorize water closet

Blue Room:

• Make headboard
• Remove valance
• Find another bedside table for other side of bed
• Clean out closet
• Add table lamp to new bedside table

Laundry Room:

• Replace open shelving with cabinets
• Paint the walls
• Update floor
• Artwork

3rd Bedroom:

• Completely gut
• New paint
• New laminate flooring
• Whiteboard for wall for grandkids
• Small table and chairs
• Paint daybed
• Hang window treatments
• Vinyl lettering or sign on wall
• Set up as playroom

2nd Bathroom:

• Remove carpet and replace with tile Decided I'm tired of tiling for awhile.  Will keep carpet for now.
• Paint the walls
• Frame out mirror
• Update lighting
• Organize and clean linen closet

Upstairs Foyer:

• Replace lamp shade
• Update Art work
• Find rug

Throughout house:

• Get rid of silk greenery and plants   Happy Nancy?
• Update Art work
• Have carpet re-stretched in basement and upstairs

And this doesn't even include what needs to be finished in the basement and front/back landscaping.
